December 31st hosts a Cancer Full moon with a partial Lunar eclipse at 10*15. If there is an eclipse involved something has got to give– and that something would be your story. ie– the reasons you give yourself for staying in a wounded cycle that isolates you from your spiritual duty on Earth and building meaningful relationships. If you have a vision around what kind of connections you would like to build, hold on to it. You are being cleansed to experience what you would like.
This Full moon will be intense. It will bring to mind all the times family let you down. All the times you were hurt as a child. But your choice is to either to hold on to that story as an adult and keep replaying it or to let it go. It`s time for us to begin building communities that support our dharmic purpose. When things happen to us as children we don`t always know everything involved. We don`t always have access to history and truth. We just know what we see. So I ask you are you going to continue to hold on to a partial story that has morphed and become larger over time or let it go and get to work? As much as you may be in pain– it isn`t all about you. And holding on to a mistaken perception of yourself and others is not helping you or anyone else.


The Moon in sentimental Cancer opposing the Sun in businesslike Capricorn puts security and safety issues on the front burner. Shedding tears about losses, though, may only perpetuate the pain since this event is a partial eclipse of the Cancer Moon, urging us to let go of the past. It's a signal to toughen up and turn feelings of uncertainty into acts of commitment. We're building the future now, leaving less room to ruminate about missed opportunities and lost relationships. Take a moment to remember old wounds, if you must, and then move forward with discipline and focus.

Again winter is not the best time to have a crazy schedule jam packed with obligations and boozing; that is what summer is for! Winter is a time to choose which seeds to plant in Spring so you can enjoy summer. Life is not a contest or a race– it`s a journey. And we all begin and end at the same place. No need to hurry or push. Believe it or not, time is on your side
